Learners to undertake HLTAID001 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and will be able to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR in various situations, including community and workplace settings. UNITS HLTAID001 – Provide cardio-pulmonary resuscitation ENTRY REQUIREMENT There are no entry requirements to this Unit of Competency. Pathways information: This Unit of Competency has no pathway. COURSE INCLUDES HLTAID001 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Workbooks, training material, assessments; and Practical activities. DELIVERY MODE AND DURATION Students will be sent the textbook for them to study prior to coming for the face to face training (1-day course approximately 3 – 4 hrs depending on class size) TIME AND DATE Courses are run weekly ENROLMENT DATES Enrolment can be done at any time to suit you.
