Learners to undertake HLTAID002 – Provide basic emergency life support are those required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide an emergency response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. Pathways Information: This Unit of Competency has no pathway. COURSE INCLUDES HLTAID002 – Provide basic emergency life support; Workbooks, training material, assessments; and Practical activities. DELIVERY MODE AND DURATION Students will be sent the textbook for them to study prior to coming for the face-to-face training (1 day course of approximately 4.5 hrs). TIME AND DATE Courses are run weekly ENROLMENT DATES Enrolment can be done at any time to suit you. LOCATION It is delivered at your workplace or another suitable venue HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE COURSE? We will send you an information pack about your preferred dates and an application form. All you need to do is complete the application form and return this to us to secure your place in the course of your choice
